1. Conditions for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product is not as described or does not meet the advertised quality.
- The product has been incorrectly supplied.
Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Time Frame for Refunds
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at yuki.spread@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If the product is damaged or defective, please provide photographic evidence.
- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If the refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please note: we don't accept returns for chilled products if you've changed your mind.
